Dialect Coaching
Since learning accent and dialect pedagogy from Evan Muellar at Western Washington University, I've had a passion for exploring different regional accents via intentional observation, oral exploration, and the International Phonetic Alphabet. Available for individual and production coaching.
Coaching credits include Street Scene (WWU, dir. Heather Dudenbostel), Titanic (Edmonds Heights K-12, dir. Dorothy Rosenthal Pierce), Pride & Prejudice (Icicle Creek Center for the Arts, dir. Phil Lacey)
Acting Coaching
With a teaching style based in physical fundamentals, voice/breath work, and targeting (drawing from my Suzuki, Gratowski, Linklater, and Viewpoints training), I strive to foster joy and confidence in performers as they develop skills that empower them to make bold choices and tell stories honestly and vulnerably. All experience levels welcome, happy to help you put together your perfect audition package, sharpen up new or old material, prep for callbacks, or just play for playing's sake!
